The BHP Billiton Iron Ore, which is considered to be one of the largest mining companies in Australia, has addressed the ever rising workforce in Western Australia, and seemed to have a way to aid an easy transportation for their staff that are coming from Perth down to their mining sites. With this in mind, they have signed a partnership with Skywest Airlines.

After the Airlines secured a charter contract with the largest mining companies in Australia, they fly the BHP's employees 4 times a week at a minimum regularly as part of the signed contract they have with the BHP Billiton Iron Ore company. They fly the BHP employes directly from Perth down to two mine locations in Pilbara, Western Australia namely, Yandi and Area C.
The job contract is officially valid for an initial of 12 months with BHP's discretion to extend for another 12 months for their employee to work in the company.
